Co-owners Brian Horowitz and Neil Briscoe were founding members of WAIH 90.3FM, the campus radio station at SUNY Potsdam. They decided to bring the same spirit of community radio, with locally produced programming, into the era of live streaming and podcasts.

Brian holds a B.A. in music and biology from SUNY Potsdam and The Crane School of Music, and an M.S. from New York Medical College because it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Neil majored in speech communications at SUNY Potsdam and holds several professional certifications.
